Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Diet Starts Tomorrow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Products & Services
We offer digital nutrition products including cookbooks and Recipe Club subscriptions. All products are delivered digitally through your account dashboard. Products are created by Kadin & Dayle Kerns and the Diet Starts Tomorrow team.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per person — sharing login credentials is not permitted.
Payments & Refunds
Purchases are processed securely by Stripe. The cookbook is a one-time payment. Recipe Club is a monthly subscription that can be cancelled anytime. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it.
Intellectual Property
All content, recipes, design, and branding are owned by Diet Starts Tomorrow / Kadin & Dayle Kerns. You may use purchased content for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased content is prohibited.
Health Disclaimer
Our recipes and nutritional content are for informational purposes and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from following our content.
User Conduct
You agree not to: misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer our software, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Diet Starts Tomorrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
